Alpha-Cure was launched in 1996 by our four founding partners Mark Slater, Karl Baier, Shane Atherstone and Steve Haines in Woodford Halse, Northamptonshire. Combining their collective passion and 140 years of experience within the UV lamp manufacturing industry, the partners created the sturdy foundations from which Alpha-Cure evolved, despite limited funding. From there, Alpha-Cure manufactured a small range of curing lamps, seeking to provide premium products that suited the demands of the UV industry.
A lot has changed for Alpha-Cure since then. 25 years later, the company now proudly boasts the largest portfolio of UV lamps and accessories across the globe. Through impressive technical expertise in the field, Alpha-Cure has gained a global reputation for delivering the highest quality products in UV lamp design and innovation. Staying at the forefront of forward-thinking technology, Alpha-Cure now offers over 20,0000 different UV lamp types to suit every need. Alongside this, the UV disinfection branch Alpha-Purify was launched, delivering state-of-the-art UV solutions to an even broader market.
